Keep dogs on a lead in public spaces 9/6/10
Sir,
In response to the letter about the Alsatian in the castle grounds, this will be my only reply, as I am not going to be dragged in to a "tit for tat" scenario about this.
The point of my letter was, that all dogs, whatever breed, or size they may be, should be on a lead whilst in a public place.
This protects them, their owners, and whoever is around, be it, children or other dogs.
