Ospadal Uibhist agus Bharraigh has resumed normal working arrangements.
Covid rules were implemented earlier this month following an outbreak of the disease.
Restricted visiting arrangements are now eased. Visiting hours are 2pm – 8pm and each patient can have two visitors at a time. Visiting slots no longer have to be pre-booked.
People should not enter the building if they feel unwell or have coronavirus symptoms.
NHS Western Isles said: “Thanks to all staff for their excellent response to contain and prevent further spread, and for ensuring that necessary staffing was in place to manage the temporary arrangements.”
