An islander woman who targeted shops and pubs with forged £50 notes has appeared in court.
Rosie Maclelland, of 79 Seaforth Road, Stornoway, previously pleaded guilty to tendering a fake £50 note in a Stornoway pub and also at a nearby shop last July.
At Stornoway Sheriff Court, Sheriff John Hallay admonished and dismissed Maclelland after hearing she had kept out of trouble for the past six months.
