Buth Scalpaigh require a Cook to manage the day to day running of the Scalpay Community Shop Café, ensuring that this key aspect of the business delivers a profitable, first class service to our customers and the wider community.
The recently formed community cooperative Buth Scalpaigh Limited is embarking upon an ambitious and exiting new project to run a Community Shop and Café on the Isle of Scalpay. Renovation work on the building is scheduled to start in the very near future and it is planned for the facility to begin trading in early April 2012.
The committee is now looking to begin recruiting staff for this much needed community enterprise and we are looking to fill posts with a view to the successful applicants starting work by early March / April (pending the post applied for).
