A couple of points. The first point of contact for tourists is going to be a decommissioning yard. Hardly the most admirable visual representation of the Hebrides. A scrap yard!. A new link road along the foreshore.
Does that mean driving along the low road through the grounds? An environmental disaster. Still plans otherwise are good.
