You must be highly organised, proactive, and work using a gendered analysis of domestic abuse.
The successful candidate will:
understand domestic abuse and its surrounding issues using a gendered analysis.
Have qualification(s)/relevant experience in a relevant area (e.g., social sciences, gender studies or other related fields) or be working towards this.
The post is 20 hours a week, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a flexible manner that meets the needs of OHVAWP. The salary for this post is £27,468 to £28,607 pro rata; this includes a Distant Islands Allowance.
This post is funded by Delivering Equally Safe and is a fixed term of to April 2024 with potential to go beyond this time funding permitting.
