Hours: Full time position
Salary: In the region of £35,000
Tagsa Uibhist seeks to appoint a chief executive to lead, promote and develop our growing organisation. This is a new position supported by Highlands & Islands Enterprise (HIE) reflecting our desire to evolve and expand the range of services we offer to our community in Uist.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or professional seeking a new challenge who be using their knowledge and experience to help shape the future direction of Tagsa Uibhist.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and have a proven track record of innovation and delivery of front line services. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing, supporting and developing staff. You will have an up to date understanding of the strategic issues affecting the social care sector.
