Careless driver distracted by drunk falling on pavement

A driver hit a car after being distracted by a drunk woman on the pavement, Stornoway Seriff Court has heard.
Nadine Occhiochius of Stornoway previously pleaded guilty to careless driving.

Distracted by trying to see if the woman had injured herself, she hit a parked car, added the solicitor.
Sheriff David Sutherland fined Occhiochius £250.
