CARE SERVICE MANAGER

Based at: Cobhair Bharraigh Centre, Kentangaval, Castlebay, Isle of Barra
Crossroads Cobhair Bharraigh requires a Care Service Manager to supervise and manage staff and volunteers within the Cobhair Bharraigh Daycare Centre and to deliver a Crossroads type Home Support Service. The Manager will be responsible for the operational running of the service and its compliance with the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.
Minimum Qualifications: SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred,
or SVQ Level 3 with evidence of working towards Level 4. Care sector experience in
a supervisory role essential and a management qualification is an advantage. The
successful applicant will have excellent communication skills combined with the proper
aptitude to work smoothly with our many stakeholders -
