Job Title: Registered Care Manager (Job Sharing)
Hours: Part-
Salary: Based on £24,500 for full time. (pro rata)
An opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional to join our management team within a forward thinking charitable organisation at a time of positive change and opportunity, based on the Isle of Benbecula.
Your key responsibilities will be to oversee the operational management of Tagsa Uibhist's care services for older people in the Uists. The successful candidate will have recent senior management experience and have a clear up to date understanding of issues affecting the social care sector.
In addition you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of supporting and developing staff members and have a proven track record of managing and developing front line services. You must have SVQ Health and Social Care (Adults) level 4 with RMA level 4 or equivalent and be computer literate.
