Job Title: Care Coordinator

Hours:  Part Time (25 hrs per week).

Salary:  £10.97 per hour

Closing date: 11/08/17

 

This is an opportunity for an energetic, self motivated person to join the team within a forward thinking charitable organisation at a time of positive change and opportunity.

 

Tagsa Uibhist is looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator / Care Administrator who has experience of planning staff rota's,  liaising with families, carers, care managers, social services and other stake holders.

The role involves organising the staff team schedules. Meeting new service users and writing and reviewing care plans, providing quality assurance of all care provided and supervising the staff team.

 

You will have excellent IT, communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills, as well as good numeracy. General office administration experience is required. An understanding of the Health and Social Care Act and the ability to speak Gaelic is also desirable.

 

An SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable; or being capable of obtaining the qualification with eighteen months.
