Emergency services attended a road accident in Lewis yesterday.
A 4x4 vehicle went off the carriageway by the Soval Bends in Lochs around 4.30pm.
The male driver was the only person inside the smashed vehicle.
He was uninjured and got out before ambulance and fire engines arrive on the scene.
No other vehicle was involved in the smash say police.
