A car was rammed twice from behind by another vehicle in what appeared a deliberate act.
The incident occurred at 12.40pm on Saturday on Cromwell Street, Stornoway.
A 33-year-old local man was arrested in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear in court at a later date.
