Cannabis fine 9/5/14
A man has been fined £100 at Stornoway Sheriff Court for possessing drugs.
Police found cannabis resin drugs worth £26 during a search at Kenneth Maciver’s home in May last year.
The 35-
His lawyer Katy Begg said it was a small amount for his own personal use.
Sheriff David Sutherland fined him £100, discounted from £150 for his early guilty plea. The fine is to be paid at £10 per week.
