CalMac money-off deal            25/3/14

Caledonian Macbrayne is offering a money-off deal as part of National Ferry Fortnight (NFF).

The west coast ferry company is giving away a £5 retail voucher to be used for any on board meal or retail purchase to the first 50 new telephone bookings made up to 29 March. National Ferry Fortnight should be quoted via Cal Mac’s contact centre on 0800 066 5000 for travel up to 26th October 2014.

In addition CalMac is running two competitions during the ferry fortnight - one for video entries showing travel by ferry and another for photo selfies on CalMac ferries.

Tweet a Selfie on or around a Cal Mac ferry and hashtag #calmacselfie to enter a competition for a return trip to Mull for up to four people and car. Includes family entry into Duart Castle on Mull and a family ticket for Sealife centre in Oban.

The winning video clip showing a CalMac Ferry or CalMac ferry trip gets a return trip to Arran for up to four people and car.

Cathy Craig, Commercial Director at CalMac said: “National Ferry Fortnight is a great opportunity to highlight the advantages and benefits of travelling by ferry. With so many fabulous destinations on our doorstep and with Scotland hosting so many special events and Homecoming in 2014 there has never been a better time to visit the stunning west coast for a very different and memorable ferry and overall travel experience."
