CalMac is hosting two online information sessions ahead of changes to its ticket and booking system.
The project presentations take place on Monday and Thursday this week.
People can submit questions in advance to the panel.
The modernised system which allows passengers to receive a e-ticket by email is due to be launched on 25 April.
The events will focus on the new reservation platform and not other CalMac issues.
