Job Title: Breakfast Chef
Reporting to: Head Chef
General Manager
Overall Purpose of the job:
To prepare and deliver a busy breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food. Also, be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis. Oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries.
The right attitude and skills will make a big difference to our overall food offering, helping us to continuously improve our reputation.
Key Activities:
· Ensuring that production, preparation and presentation of food are of a high quality at all times.
· To set and maintain standards of food preparation and service.
· To have a high level of flexibility.
· Carry out any other duties as required by management.
Hours: 40 Hours
Number of days: Over 6 days
Pay per Hour: Rate of Pay on Application
