Video: Barra lifeboat stands-by stricken ship 14/4/14
Barra RNLI lifeboat crew maintained a watch over the stricken MV Wilson Gdynia which lost steering in a force eight gale on Saturday.
Strong winds risked blowing the ship onshore and, despite the heavy swell and rough seas, the lifeboat was ready to evacuated her crew.
