Bar Supervisor
The Isles Hotel Group situated in the Western Isles is looking for an experienced full time Bar Supervisor.
We require a Bar Supervisor with drive, enthusiasm, a good work ethic, great personality, well presented and the ability to maintain a happy, yet professional team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the hospitality industry, must speak fluent English, work quickly with a smile, whilst delivering excellent service within a busy environment.
We need applicants that care about what they do, who enjoy working hard and who are willing to go that extra mile for the customers.
Applicant must be eligible to work in UK

Your responsibilities as a Bar Supervisor will include:
Taking full ownership of the bar and all the bar products
Closing and locking the bar
Ordering the stock and liaising with suppliers
Perform a weekly stock take
Waiting tables for both food & drink
Keeping the bar clean and tidy
The general day to day running of the bar
This position will be based around working weekday evenings & weekends with Christmas & NYE availability essential.
Rate of Pay is £7.50 p/h
