Autism Eilean Siar held its annual Christmas party in Adventure Island, Stornoway.

Special visitor Santa handed out presents to the youngsters.

A raffle raised over £900 for the group’s funds.

Organisers thanked local businesses for generously donating prizes.

Autism Eileanan Siar is a voluntary organisation made up of parents of children, young people and adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ASD is a condition that affects social interaction, communication, interests and behaviour.

The support group normally meets on the second Monday of the month at Newton Community Association rooms on Seaforth Road in Stornoway. The meetings start at 12 noon and normally last around two hours.
