Autism Eileanan Siar Christmas party

Autism Eilean Siar had a good turnout for their Christmas party, held in Adventure Island in Stornoway.

Santa and his elf were a big hit at the event while a£700 was raised by a raffle for the organisation’s funds

Autism Eileanan Siar is a voluntary organisation made up of parents of children, young people and adults who have ASD.

ASD or Autism Spectrum Disorder is a condition that affects social interaction, communication, interests and behaviour.

The support group normally meets on the second Monday of the month at Newton Community Association rooms on Seaforth Road in Stornoway. The meetings start at 12 noon and normally last around two hours.
