ADMINISTRATOR (FIXED TERM)

 

STORNOWAY

 

£16,949 - £19,784 per annum     REF:  C/CS/001/17

 

We are currently recruiting a full time, 2 years fixed term Administrator to join our friendly and successful team based in our office in Stornoway.

 

This role will include the following duties:

· Dealing with customers face to face, via telephone and handling their electronic queries

· Booking appointments

· Photocopying & Filing

· Sending postal & electronic communications (letters, information etc.)

· All administration support as requested by line manager and general office duties.

 

The successful candidate will have Standard Grades or equivalent including English and Maths and have experience of Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel.  An ability to be accurate, adaptable and previous experience of working in an office environment is essential.
